Stadian

An operating system for the SKUs no one else will touch.

§ 01 / Brief

Commerce platform for regulated operators — peptides, supplements, compounded treatments, emergency medicine — who get banned from mainstream storefronts, frozen by payment processors, and delisted from retail marketplaces. Consolidates storefront, compliance, lot inventory, practitioners, affiliates, and analytics into a single platform so operators can stop stitching nine subscriptions into the shape of a business.

§ 02 / Problem
The mainstream commerce stack doesn’t just fail regulated operators — it actively locks them out. What’s left is nine subscriptions, four logins, and at least one account review per quarter. The work of one platform, priced and paid for as seven.
§ 03 / Approach

How we cracked it.

01

Compliance as a first-class citizen

COA review workflows, state-level shipping rules, disclaimer tracking, and regulatory status aren't bolted on — they're part of the catalog. The product ships with the guardrails operators already hand-built in spreadsheets.

02

Supply chain that knows about lots

FEFO lot allocation from the moment inventory lands. Purchase orders, suppliers, drop-ship, recalls. The inventory model understands expiration, not just quantity.

03

A practitioner portal, not a spreadsheet

B2B Rx flows with NPI and license verification, per-practitioner pricing, patient management, and invoicing. The part of the business that usually lives in a doc goes into the product.

04

Commerce that behaves

Volume tiers, stackable promotions, affiliates with automated payouts, analytics + CRM. The operator-facing surface looks like a real commerce platform because it is one.
